【摘要】：目的:評(píng)估子宮肌瘤手術(shù)中應(yīng)用舒芬太尼聯(lián)合丙泊酚麻醉的效果。方法:選擇我院收治的72例行子宮肌瘤手術(shù)治療的患者作為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字法,將72例患者分成兩組,其中一組36例患者應(yīng)用舒芬太尼聯(lián)合丙泊酚麻醉設(shè)作觀察組,另一組36例應(yīng)用瑞芬太尼聯(lián)合丙泊酚麻醉設(shè)作對(duì)照組,對(duì)比兩組麻醉效果和恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果:觀察組麻醉效果明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,觀察組麻醉后恢復(fù)情況優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組對(duì)比差異顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論:子宮肌瘤手術(shù)中應(yīng)用舒芬太尼聯(lián)合丙泊酚麻醉效果理想,麻醉后患者蘇醒較快,適宜推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of sufentanil combined with propofol in hysteromyoma surgery. Methods: Seventy-two patients with uterine leiomyoma were randomly divided into two groups: one group (36 cases) was treated with sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia, and the other group was treated with sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia. The other 36 cases were treated with remifentanil combined with propofol as control group. Results: the anesthetic effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group, and the recovery of the observation group after anesthesia was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P0.05). Conclusion: sufentanil combined with propofol is effective in hysteromyoma surgery.
