【摘要】：日間手術(shù)在我國(guó)已推進(jìn)10多年,目前上海等地已積累豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn),形成了成熟的管理模式,但日間手術(shù)流程仍需改造、優(yōu)化。文章基于流程再造理論,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究、理論分析與數(shù)據(jù)處理、深度訪談等研究方法,總結(jié)歸納了IAAS模式、四川華西模式、上海申康模式、北京同仁模式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),選取某三甲醫(yī)院日間手術(shù)管理模式為例,研究該院門(mén)診、術(shù)前檢查、麻醉評(píng)估、手術(shù)預(yù)約、手術(shù)、出院、術(shù)后支持指導(dǎo)等7個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),綜合評(píng)價(jià)管理現(xiàn)狀和效果,重點(diǎn)探討門(mén)診、術(shù)前檢查、麻醉評(píng)估、日間手術(shù)中心等4個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的優(yōu)化,充分聽(tīng)取醫(yī)師和患者建議,綜合基礎(chǔ)條件、政策、信息、技術(shù)等因素影響,提出理想的日間手術(shù)管理流程,以供各醫(yī)院參考。
[Abstract]:Day surgery has been promoted in China for more than 10 years. At present, Shanghai and other places have accumulated rich experience and formed a mature management model, but the process of daytime surgery still needs to be reformed and optimized. Based on the theory of process reengineering, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of IAAS model, Sichuan West China model, Shanghai Shenhang model and Beijing colleague model through literature research, theoretical analysis and data processing, in-depth interviews, etc. The management mode of daytime operation in a third Class A Hospital was selected as an example. Seven links, such as outpatient service, preoperative examination, anaesthesia evaluation, surgical reservation, operation, discharge from hospital and postoperative support guidance, were studied, and the management status and effect were comprehensively evaluated, and the outpatient service was emphatically discussed. To optimize the four links, such as preoperative examination, anesthesia evaluation, day operation center, fully listen to the advice of doctors and patients, synthesize the influence of basic condition, policy, information, technology, and so on, and put forward the ideal management procedure of daytime operation.
