【摘要】：目的:探討瑞芬太尼復合丙泊酚用于腹腔鏡膽囊切除的麻醉效果。方法:研究的50例對象均為我院2013年10月-2014年10月期間收治的膽囊疾病患者,所有患者均行腹腔鏡膽囊切除術。按照麻醉方法不同分為兩組,對照組25例患者采用異氟醚吸入麻醉,觀察組25例患者采用瑞芬太尼復合丙泊酚麻醉。建立氣腹后,嚴密監(jiān)測患者的血壓、心率、平均動脈壓等情況。手術結束后,觀察兩組患者自主呼吸時間、拔管時間、睜眼時間。結果:建立氣腹后,觀察組患者各項指標無明顯變化,而對照組患者收縮壓和心率較觀察組有明顯升高(P0.05)。結論:患者在行腹腔鏡下行膽囊切除術時,可行瑞芬太尼復合丙泊酚麻醉,對患者的影響較少,術后恢復快,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the anesthetic effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: 50 patients with gallbladder disease were treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014. All patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. 25 patients in control group were anesthetized with isoflurane and 25 patients in observation group were anesthetized with remifentanil combined with propofol. After establishing pneumoperitoneum, the blood pressure, heart rate and mean arterial pressure were closely monitored. After operation, the time of spontaneous respiration, extubation and eye opening were observed. Results: after the establishment of pneumoperitoneum, there were no significant changes in the indexes in the observation group, but the systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P0.05). Conclusion: remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia is feasible in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
