【摘要】：正婦科疾病的腹腔鏡治療是近年來微創(chuàng)手術(shù)的新進展,因創(chuàng)傷小、痛苦輕、恢復快及住院時間明顯縮短等優(yōu)點,日益受到重視,并逐漸得到廣泛應用[1]。但手術(shù)后的惡心嘔吐(postoperative nausea and vomiting,PONV)是麻醉和婦科手術(shù)后最常見的并發(fā)癥。此外,患者術(shù)后會出現(xiàn)由于手術(shù)引起的切口疼痛、CO2刺激引起的肩痛、腹脹等不良反應[2]。因此如何預防和及時處理腹腔鏡手術(shù)術(shù)后不良反應,提升診
[Abstract]:Laparoscopic treatment of gynecological diseases is a new development of minimally invasive surgery in recent years. Because of its advantages of small trauma, light pain, quick recovery and obvious shortening of hospital stay, it has been paid more and more attention, and has gradually been widely used [1]. But postoperative nausea and vomiting (postoperative nausea and vomiting,PONV) are the most common complications after anesthesia and gynecological surgery. In addition, postoperative adverse reactions such as incision pain, shoulder pain, abdominal distension caused by CO2 stimulation may occur.
