【摘要】：目的調(diào)查癌痛規(guī)范化治療示范病房(以下簡(jiǎn)稱癌痛示范病房)創(chuàng)建前后麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥物在癌痛患者中的應(yīng)用情況。方法統(tǒng)計(jì)分析2014年1月至6月和2015年1月至6月住院患者麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥物用量及用藥頻度。結(jié)果 2015年1月至6月與2014年1月至6月相比,癌痛患者的麻醉藥品應(yīng)用呈逐漸遞增趨勢(shì),鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片成為首選藥物。結(jié)論成立癌痛示范病房后,規(guī)范了麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥物在癌痛治療方面的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application of anesthetic analgesic drugs in cancer pain patients before and after the establishment of cancer pain demonstration ward (hereinafter referred to as cancer pain demonstration ward). Methods the dosage and frequency of anesthetic analgesic drugs in hospitalized patients from January to June 2014 and from January to June 2015 were analyzed statistically. Results compared with January to June of 2014, the use of narcotic drugs in cancer pain patients was gradually increasing, and hydroxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets became the first drug of choice. Conclusion after the establishment of cancer pain demonstration ward, the application of anesthetic analgesic drugs in cancer pain treatment was standardized.
