【摘要】：目的研究麻醉蘇醒護理對于腹部手術患者全麻蘇醒期躁動的臨床應用效果。方法選取2014年9月至2015年9月我院60例行腹部手術患者,分成兩組。30例為對照組,應用常規(guī)護理;30例為觀察組,在此基礎上給予麻醉蘇醒護理。統(tǒng)計比較兩組患者護理前后血壓、心率以及蘇醒期躁動情況。結果護理前,兩組患者血壓以及心率指標差異不大,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);護理后,兩組患者血壓與心率指標水平均明顯改善,且觀察組改善程度優(yōu)于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組患者全麻蘇醒期躁動發(fā)生概率低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論麻醉蘇醒護理可以顯著改善全麻患者血壓以及心率,降低蘇醒期間躁動并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生機率,效果顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of anaesthesia recovery nursing in patients undergoing general anesthesia. Methods 60 patients undergoing abdominal surgery from September 2014 to September 2015 were divided into two groups: control group (n = 30) and routine nursing group (n = 30). Blood pressure, heart rate and restlessness during recovery were compared before and after nursing. Results before nursing, there was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups (P0.05). After nursing, the blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were significantly improved, and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the probability of restlessness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Anesthesia recovery nursing can significantly improve blood pressure and heart rate of patients with general anesthesia and reduce the incidence of restless complications during recovery.
