【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)和計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和日益普及,使科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等正在經(jīng)歷巨大的變化,人類逐漸進(jìn)入信息化社會(huì),信息已經(jīng)成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要來(lái)源,它改變著人們的生活方式以及生活理念等。信息使我們的生活變得更加方便快捷,通過(guò)信息管理和對(duì)信息的利用,復(fù)雜的流程會(huì)變得簡(jiǎn)單化。信息系統(tǒng)與醫(yī)療的結(jié)合,改變了人們對(duì)傳統(tǒng)工作方式的理解,以計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)的醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)(Hospital Information System,簡(jiǎn)稱HIS)已成為醫(yī)院運(yùn)行和管理的重要標(biāo)志。HIS系統(tǒng)不僅對(duì)醫(yī)院的工作流程產(chǎn)生了重大的影響,對(duì)于患者的就診流程扮演著越來(lái)越重要的角色。手術(shù)麻醉是醫(yī)院以及醫(yī)療行業(yè)的重中之重,是治病救人的主要方式。手術(shù)麻醉也是醫(yī)療環(huán)節(jié)中最容易出現(xiàn)糾紛和問(wèn)題的地方。如何合理的安排手術(shù)和麻醉,規(guī)范手術(shù)麻醉的操作,有效的監(jiān)控手術(shù)麻醉過(guò)程,避免產(chǎn)生醫(yī)療糾紛已經(jīng)成為各醫(yī)院面臨的難題。如今,HIS已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于各大醫(yī)院,手術(shù)麻醉系統(tǒng)也逐漸成為醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)中不可缺少的部分。手術(shù)麻醉信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用不僅規(guī)范了手術(shù)室麻醉科的工作流程,同時(shí)也幫助醫(yī)院進(jìn)行規(guī)范化的管理。因此,需要形成一個(gè)穩(wěn)定、功能強(qiáng)大、使用方便、統(tǒng)一管理的手術(shù)麻醉管理平臺(tái),來(lái)輔助手術(shù)室和麻醉科的醫(yī)護(hù)人員的日常工作,簡(jiǎn)化工作流程,減少手工記錄,提高醫(yī)護(hù)人員的工作效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)手術(shù)信息共享,為醫(yī)院運(yùn)營(yíng)提供良好的平臺(tái)。本文主要從手術(shù)麻醉信息系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際需求出發(fā),重點(diǎn)研究了手術(shù)麻醉信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)環(huán)境、使用技術(shù)方法,以及手術(shù)麻醉信息系統(tǒng)所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能。首先,根據(jù)手術(shù)麻醉系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,本系統(tǒng)的面向?qū)ο笥腥齻�(gè):麻醉科醫(yī)生、手術(shù)室護(hù)士和系統(tǒng)管理員。從用戶對(duì)手術(shù)麻醉系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用角度出發(fā),不同的用戶身份分配的角色不同,獲得不同的程序訪問(wèn)權(quán)限,醫(yī)生、護(hù)士和管理員通過(guò)同一個(gè)程序進(jìn)行登錄,進(jìn)入不同的操作界面。其次,描述了手術(shù)麻醉信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的技術(shù)方法和需要達(dá)到的目標(biāo),敘述了開發(fā)手術(shù)麻醉信息系統(tǒng)所采用的“二層C/S”架構(gòu)以及C/S架構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)。然后研究和闡明了以POWERBUILDER為主要技術(shù)的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建過(guò)程,并按照相應(yīng)的功能分為用戶管理模塊,麻醉管理模塊和手術(shù)管理模塊三部分實(shí)現(xiàn)手術(shù)麻醉信息系統(tǒng)的主要功能。麻醉醫(yī)生可以通過(guò)本系統(tǒng)完成整個(gè)麻醉流程,包括術(shù)前麻醉準(zhǔn)備,麻醉安排,術(shù)中記錄等。手術(shù)室護(hù)士可以方便的進(jìn)行手術(shù)安排,記錄手術(shù)護(hù)理記錄單,費(fèi)用錄入,手術(shù)執(zhí)行和術(shù)后登記。本文所研究的手術(shù)麻醉信息系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了手術(shù)麻醉流程的規(guī)范化管理,提高了手術(shù)麻醉效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)了手術(shù)麻醉信息的電子存儲(chǔ),手術(shù)麻醉信息的共享,以及高植耗材錄入和跟蹤管理,增強(qiáng)了醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the development and popularization of science and computer network technology, science and technology, economy and culture are undergoing tremendous changes. Human beings are gradually entering the information society, and information has become an important source of economic development. It changes people's way of life and life concept and so on. Information makes our life easier and faster. Through information management and the use of information, complex processes become simple. The combination of information systems and medical care has changed people's understanding of traditional ways of working. The hospital information system (Hospital Information System,) based on computer network (HIS) has become an important symbol of hospital operation and management. His system not only has a significant impact on the hospital workflow. It plays a more and more important role in the treatment process of patients. Surgical anesthesia is the most important in hospital and medical industry, and is the main way to save patients. Surgical anesthesia is also the place where disputes and problems are most likely to occur in medical links. How to arrange the operation and anesthesia reasonably, standardize the operation of operation anesthesia, monitor the anesthesia process effectively and avoid the medical disputes has become a difficult problem in the hospitals. Now his has been used in various hospitals, and surgical anaesthesia system is becoming an indispensable part of hospital information system. The application of the operation anesthesia information system not only standardizes the work flow of the operation room anesthesiology department, but also helps the hospital to carry on the standardized management. Therefore, it is necessary to form a stable, powerful, convenient and unified management platform for surgical anesthesia management to assist the daily work of medical and nursing personnel in the operating room and the anesthesiology department, to simplify the working process, and to reduce the manual recording. Improve the working efficiency of medical staff, realize the sharing of operation information, and provide a good platform for hospital operation. Based on the actual demand of the operation anesthesia information system, this paper mainly studies the development environment, the technical method and the function of the operation anesthesia information system. Firstly, according to the practical application of surgical anaesthesia system, there are three object oriented systems: anesthesiologist, operating room nurse and system administrator. From the point of view of the user's application to the operation anesthetic system, the roles assigned by different users are different, and different program access rights are obtained. Doctors, nurses and administrators log in through the same program and enter different operation interfaces. Secondly, it describes the technical methods and objectives of the operation anesthesia information system, and describes the "two-layer C / S" architecture and the characteristics of the C / S architecture used in the development of the surgery anesthesia information system. Then it studies and clarifies the construction process of the system with POWERBUILDER as the main technology, and according to the corresponding function, it is divided into three parts: user management module, anesthesia management module and operation management module to realize the main function of the operation anesthesia information system. The anesthesiologist can complete the whole anesthesia process through this system, including preoperative anesthesia preparation, anaesthesia arrangement, intraoperative record, etc. The operating room nurse can easily arrange the operation, record the operation nursing record, input the expense, perform the operation and register after operation. The operation anesthesia information system studied in this paper realizes the standardized management of the operation anesthesia process, improves the efficiency of the operation anesthesia, realizes the electronic storage of the operation anesthesia information and the sharing of the operation anesthesia information. And high-planting consumables input and tracking management, enhance the hospital information construction.
