【摘要】：目的探究腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)患者七氟烷麻醉復(fù)蘇期躁動應(yīng)用右美托咪啶的效果。方法選取我院2015年1月~2017年3月收治的使用七氟烷麻醉的腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)患者80例作為本次研究對象,回顧性分析患者情況。結(jié)果觀察組患者躁動評分(2.01±0.19)分顯著低于對照組(3.52±0.21)分,且兩組存在顯著差異;差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論右美托咪啶可改善腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)患者七氟烷麻醉復(fù)蘇期躁動情況,值得臨床應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of dexmetidine on restlessness during sevoflurane anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods from January 2015 to March 2017, 80 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy with sevoflurane anesthesia were selected as the subjects. Results the score of restlessness in the observation group (2.01 鹵0.19) was significantly lower than that in the control group (3.52 鹵0.21), and there was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion dexmetidine can improve the restlessness of sevoflurane anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and is worthy of clinical application.
