【摘要】：目的異丙酚復(fù)合瑞芬太尼應(yīng)用于單肺通氣麻醉的臨床效果。方法隨機(jī)抽取2012年4月~2014年11月診治的88例單肺通氣麻醉手術(shù)患者,分為研究組和對照組。研究組使用異丙酚復(fù)合瑞芬太尼進(jìn)行麻醉;對照組使用異丙酚聯(lián)合芬太尼進(jìn)行麻醉,分析兩組的麻醉效果。結(jié)果研究組患者拔管時(shí)間、自主恢復(fù)呼吸時(shí)間、睜眼時(shí)間明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。在T4時(shí),研究組舒張壓(DBP)明顯低于對照組,T1時(shí),研究組DBP明顯高于對照組(P0.05);在T4、T1時(shí),研究組心率明顯低于對照組(P0.05);在T1時(shí),研究組收縮壓(SBP)明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。在T4、T2、T1時(shí),研究組Pa O2明顯高于對照組(P0.05);在T3時(shí),研究組Sp O2明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論將異丙酚復(fù)合瑞芬太尼用于單肺通氣麻醉,可以縮短清醒時(shí)間,安全性較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of propofol combined with remifentanil on one-lung ventilation anesthesia. Methods 88 patients undergoing single lung ventilation anesthesia from April 2012 to November 2014 were randomly selected and divided into study group and control group. Propofol combined with remifentanil was used in the study group and the control group was anesthetized with propofol and fentanyl. Results the time of extubation, the time of spontaneous recovery of respiration and the time of eye opening were significantly better in the study group than in the control group (P0.05). At T4, the DBP of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group when the diastolic blood pressure (DBP) was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05); at T4T 1, the heart rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05); at T1, the (SBP) of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). The Pa O 2 of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at T 4 T 2 T 2 T 1 (P0.05), and the Sp O 2 of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at T 3 (P0.05). Conclusion propofol combined with remifentanil can shorten the waking time and is safe.
