【摘要】：目的:探討在常溫與低溫下貯存國產(chǎn)順式阿曲庫銨對臨床時效的影響。方法:90例擇期全麻患者,按隨機數(shù)字表法分為低溫組、常溫A組及常溫B組,各30例。采用TOF-Watch SX肌松監(jiān)測儀單次超強電刺激觀察上肢拇收肌的肌松程度,待患者麻醉誘導意識消失后靜脈注射順式阿曲庫銨0.2 mg/kg,當肌顫搐降到最大抑制程度時行氣管插管。低溫組患者所用順式阿曲庫銨置于冰箱2~5℃貯存,常溫A組與常溫B組患者所用順式阿曲庫銨置于30℃的恒溫箱中分別貯存15 d和30 d。記錄3組患者起效時間、肌顫搐最大抑制程度、臨床作用時間、恢復指數(shù)及總時效。結果:3組患者在順式阿曲庫銨的作用下肌顫搐的最大抑制程度均達到0。常溫A組和常溫B組患者起效時間及臨床作用時間與低溫組比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);常溫A組和常溫B組患者恢復指數(shù)及總時效均長于低溫組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:國產(chǎn)順式阿曲庫銨應在低溫下貯存,對肌松效應影響較小。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of domestic cis-atracurium on clinical aging at room temperature and low temperature. Methods 90 patients with elective general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups: hypothermia group (n = 30), normal temperature group (n = 30) and normothermic group B (n = 30). The degree of muscle relaxation of adductor pollicis muscle was observed by using TOF-Watch SX muscle relaxation monitor. When the consciousness of anesthesia induction disappeared, cis-atracurium 0.2 mg/kg, was injected intravenously to intubate the muscle when the twitching was reduced to the maximum inhibition degree.
