【摘要】：目的:探討精細(xì)化管理在手術(shù)麻醉后復(fù)蘇護(hù)理管理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 :2013年1月~2015年1月,手術(shù)室將精細(xì)化管理理念應(yīng)用于麻醉后復(fù)蘇護(hù)理管理中,即設(shè)置設(shè)備精細(xì)化管理、患者轉(zhuǎn)入、轉(zhuǎn)出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與流程精細(xì)化管理。結(jié)果:麻醉后復(fù)蘇護(hù)理取良好效果,無(wú)1例不良事件發(fā)生,得到患者、麻醉醫(yī)師、手術(shù)專(zhuān)家的認(rèn)可。結(jié)論:精細(xì)化管理理念是提高麻醉后復(fù)蘇護(hù)理管理的有效方法,使麻醉后復(fù)蘇護(hù)理安全優(yōu)質(zhì)高效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of fine management in nursing management of postoperative resuscitation. Methods: from January 2013 to January 2015, the fine management concept was applied to the management of anaesthetized resuscitation nursing. Results: resuscitation nursing after anesthesia had a good effect, no adverse events occurred, and was recognized by patients, anesthesiologists and surgical experts. Conclusion: the concept of meticulous management is an effective method to improve the nursing management of post-anesthesia resuscitation, and make the nursing care after anesthesia safe, high quality and efficient.
