【摘要】：目的探討瑞芬太尼和芬太尼復(fù)合異丙酚用于全身麻醉維持的效果。方法 86例行全身麻醉患者,隨機分為觀察組和對照組,各43例。觀察組患者給予瑞芬太尼和芬太尼復(fù)合異丙酚用于全身麻醉維持,對照組患者給予芬太尼復(fù)合異丙酚全身麻醉維持,觀察兩組麻醉維持效果。結(jié)果兩組患者插管前和插管后、手術(shù)中和手術(shù)后的平均動脈壓和心率對比,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。患者未發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論瑞芬太尼和芬太尼復(fù)合異丙酚用于全身麻醉維持效果比單純運用瑞芬太尼或者芬太尼復(fù)合異丙酚顯著,可以彌補單純用藥的不足,值得在臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of remifentanil and fentanyl combined with propofol on maintenance of general anesthesia. Methods 86 patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group (n = 43) and control group (n = 43). Patients in the observation group were treated with remifentanil and fentanyl combined with propofol for general anesthesia maintenance, while the patients in the control group were treated with fentanyl combined with propofol. Results the mean arterial pressure and heart rate before and after intubation were significantly different between the two groups (P0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in the patients. Conclusion remifentanil and fentanyl combined with propofol are more effective than remifentanil or fentanyl combined with propofol in maintaining general anesthesia.
