【摘要】：目的:探討在野戰(zhàn)方艙內(nèi)施行腰椎經(jīng)皮椎弓根螺釘內(nèi)固定術(shù)的可行性。方法 :選取12只實驗豬,于方艙內(nèi)施行腰椎經(jīng)皮椎弓根螺釘內(nèi)固定術(shù),統(tǒng)計分析實驗豬的體重、手術(shù)節(jié)段、置釘數(shù)量、手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中失血量、術(shù)后切口愈合情況及術(shù)后肢體活動情況。結(jié)果:本組12只實驗豬體重為21~30kg,平均26.32±3.45kg;手術(shù)節(jié)段L1~L3節(jié)段8只,L2~L4節(jié)段4只,手術(shù)時間70~96min,平均80.45±2.45min,失血量2.5~7.7ml,平均5.73±0.37ml。本研究共置入72枚椎弓根螺釘,均成功置釘;共72個切口,術(shù)后2周時隨訪發(fā)現(xiàn)僅有1只實驗豬的切口出現(xiàn)紅腫,均未見切口感染發(fā)生,均術(shù)后2周拆除縫線。所有12只動物麻醉蘇醒后均可正常行走,且步態(tài)未見異常。結(jié)論:腰椎經(jīng)皮椎弓根螺釘內(nèi)固定術(shù)具有創(chuàng)傷小、手術(shù)時間短、失血少的特點,在野戰(zhàn)方艙內(nèi)施行該手術(shù)具有可行性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility of percutaneous pedicle screw fixation in field compartment. Methods: twelve experimental pigs were selected to perform percutaneous lumbar pedicle screw fixation in the cubicle. The body weight, operative segment, number of nails, operative time and blood loss during operation were analyzed statistically. Wound healing and limb movement after operation. Results: the body weight of the 12 pigs was 2130 kg (mean 26.32 鹵3.45 kg), and the operative time of operation was 7060 min (mean 80.45 鹵2.45 min), and the average blood loss was 2.5 鹵7.7ml (5.73 鹵0.37ml). In this study, 72 pedicle screws were inserted successfully, 72 incisions were successfully inserted, and only 1 pig was found to have redness and swelling in the incision 2 weeks after operation, and no incision infection was found, and the sutures were removed 2 weeks after operation. All 12 animals were able to walk normally after anaesthesia, and no abnormal gait was found. Conclusion: percutaneous pedicle screw fixation has the advantages of less trauma, shorter operation time and less blood loss.
