【摘要】：目的:探討經(jīng)臍微型腹腔鏡下內(nèi)環(huán)高位結(jié)扎術(shù)聯(lián)合包皮環(huán)套術(shù)治療小兒腹股溝疝、精索鞘膜積液及包莖的可行性及優(yōu)點(diǎn)。方法:對(duì)470例腹股溝疝、精索鞘膜積液、包莖患兒先施行經(jīng)臍微型腹腔鏡下內(nèi)環(huán)高位結(jié)扎術(shù),隨后行包皮環(huán)套術(shù)。結(jié)果:患兒均順利完成腹腔鏡下內(nèi)環(huán)高位結(jié)扎術(shù)及包皮環(huán)套術(shù)。術(shù)后恢復(fù)順利,隨訪1~10年,腹股溝疝、精索鞘膜積液無復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論:經(jīng)臍微型腹腔鏡下內(nèi)環(huán)高位結(jié)扎術(shù)治療小兒腹股溝疝、精索鞘膜積液較傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)方法具有創(chuàng)傷小、美觀、手術(shù)操作簡便、手術(shù)時(shí)間短、并發(fā)癥少、術(shù)后康復(fù)快等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。同時(shí)聯(lián)合包皮環(huán)套術(shù)后容易清洗、護(hù)理,避免了二次手術(shù)與麻醉,減少了治療費(fèi)用,減輕了患兒的痛苦,是安全、可行的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility and advantages of high ligation of internal ring combined with prepuce ring in the treatment of inguinal hernia, spermatic sheath effusion and phimosis. Methods: 470 cases of inguinal hernia, spermatocele hydrocele and phimosis were treated with high ligation of the inner ring by transumbilical microlaparoscopy, and then by circumcision. Results: laparoscopic high ligation of inner ring and circumcision were successfully performed in all children. Postoperative recovery was smooth, followed up for 1 ~ 10 years, inguinal hernia and spermatic sheath hydrocele did not recur. Conclusion: the treatment of inguinal hernia with high ligation of internal ring under transumbilical mini-laparoscope has the advantages of less trauma, better appearance, simpler operation, shorter operation time, less complications and faster postoperative recovery than the traditional surgical method in the treatment of inguinal hernia. At the same time, combined circumcision is easy to clean, nursing care, avoid secondary surgery and anesthesia, reduce the cost of treatment, ease the pain of children, is safe and feasible.
