【摘要】：旨在研究臨床上常用麻醉藥鹽酸賽拉嗪對犬肝腎功能指標(biāo)的影響。選擇成年健康雜種犬8只,按常規(guī)推薦劑量2.4 mg/kg體重股四頭肌注射鹽酸塞拉嗪進(jìn)行麻醉。分別在麻醉前、麻醉后0.5 h、1 h、1.5 h、2 h、24 h、48 h、72 h頸靜脈采血2 m L,分離血清。采用全自動生化分析儀檢測血清肝腎功能相關(guān)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果顯示,與試驗開始相比,各試驗采血點血清天門冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶和γ-谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶的活性及血清總蛋白、直接膽紅素、肌酐、尿酸、尿素氮的含量均無顯著變化(P0.05)。各試驗采血點之間相比,肝腎功能指標(biāo)無顯著性差異(P0.05)。研究結(jié)果說明,鹽酸賽拉嗪用于犬麻醉時對其肝腎功能均無明顯影響。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effect of ceprazine hydrochloride, a common anesthetic, on the indexes of liver and kidney function in dogs. Eight adult healthy mongrel dogs were anesthetized by injection of ceprazine hydrochloride into quadriceps femoris at a recommended dose of 2.4 mg/kg. Blood samples were collected from the jugular vein for 2 mL before anesthesia and 0.5 h after anesthesia for 1 hour, 1.5 h, 2 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h, respectively. Serum liver and kidney function were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. The results showed that the activities of aspartate aminotransferase and 緯 -glutamyl transferase and the contents of serum total protein, direct bilirubin, creatinine, uric acid and urea nitrogen had no significant changes in the blood samples of each test (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the indexes of liver and kidney function between the blood collection points of each test (P0.05). The results showed that there was no significant effect on the liver and kidney function of the anesthetized dogs.
