【摘要】：目的探討麻醉學(xué)教學(xué)中應(yīng)用初級(jí)創(chuàng)傷救治(PTC)培訓(xùn)教學(xué)法的效果。方法選擇2015年我院麻醉科48名實(shí)習(xí)生為研究對(duì)象,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,每組各24例。對(duì)照組實(shí)施傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法,觀察組應(yīng)用PTC培訓(xùn)教學(xué)法,對(duì)2組實(shí)習(xí)生的技能、理論進(jìn)行考核,并觀察2組實(shí)習(xí)生的考核成績(jī)與教學(xué)效果。結(jié)果觀察組實(shí)習(xí)生操作成績(jī)與理論成績(jī)明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組實(shí)習(xí)生團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力、綜合思維能力、語(yǔ)言組織與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、學(xué)習(xí)興趣等各項(xiàng)評(píng)分明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);對(duì)照組實(shí)習(xí)生對(duì)教學(xué)方法認(rèn)可度為75.00%,明顯低于觀察組的95.83%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 PTC培訓(xùn)教學(xué)法應(yīng)用于麻醉學(xué)教學(xué)中,效果滿意,實(shí)習(xí)生認(rèn)可度高,可提高實(shí)習(xí)生操作與理論考核成績(jī),也可提高各項(xiàng)綜合素質(zhì),值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of (PTC) training method in anesthesiology teaching. Methods Forty-eight interns from anesthesiology department of our hospital in 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 24 cases in each group. The traditional teaching method was applied in the control group and the PTC training method was used in the observation group. The skills and theories of the two groups of interns were evaluated and the results and the teaching effect of the two groups of interns were observed. Results the scores of intern operation and theory in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05); the team cooperation ability, the comprehensive thinking ability, the language organization and the leadership ability of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Learning interest and other scores were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the intern in the control group was 75.00, significantly lower than the observation group 95.83, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the application of PTC training teaching method in anesthesiology teaching has satisfactory effect and high acceptance of interns. It can improve the performance of intern operation and theoretical examination, and also improve the comprehensive quality. It is worth popularizing.
