【摘要】：為了解三級醫(yī)院麻醉風(fēng)險管理的現(xiàn)狀,以便提出有效控制麻醉風(fēng)險的建議,課題組對L市三級醫(yī)院醫(yī)務(wù)人員展開問卷調(diào)查,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果顯示,麻醉風(fēng)險與醫(yī)師職稱、年齡、文化程度、從業(yè)時間、麻醉安全意識、醫(yī)師風(fēng)險教育、麻醉準(zhǔn)備情況等因素密切相關(guān)。因此,需要從完善制度建設(shè)、強化工作協(xié)同性、加大行政執(zhí)法力度等方面著手建設(shè),方能有效控制麻醉風(fēng)險的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the status of the risk management of anesthesiology in the three level hospital in order to put forward the suggestion of effective control of the risk of anesthesia, a questionnaire survey was carried out on the medical staff of the three level hospital in L City, and the statistical analysis was carried out on this basis. The results showed that the risk of anesthesia and the professional title of the doctor, the age, the degree of literature, the time of employment, the consciousness of safety of anesthesia, the doctor's risk Teaching Therefore, it is necessary to improve the construction of the system, strengthen the coordination of work and strengthen the administrative law enforcement, so that the risk of anesthesia can be effectively controlled.
