【摘要】：正小兒全身麻醉蘇醒期譫妄(emergency delirium,ED)主要表現(xiàn)為對周圍環(huán)境的認知和注意力發(fā)生紊亂,出現(xiàn)定向障礙及知覺改變,包括對刺激敏感和運動亢進的行為。其發(fā)生率高,多見于2~5歲的學齡前兒童,且與麻醉藥物、手術部位等多種因素有關[1]。小兒ED不但影響蘇醒質量,還可能伴隨潛在的身體傷害效應,是小兒圍麻醉期值得重點關注的臨床問題。本文就小兒ED的誘發(fā)因素、診斷及防治等方面的進展綜述
[Abstract]:Emergency delirium Ed is mainly characterized by disturbance of cognition and attention to the surrounding environment, and changes of orientation and perception, including the behavior of sensitivity to stimulation and hyperactivity. Its incidence is high, it is more common in preschool children aged 2 to 5 years, and is related to many factors such as anesthetic, surgical site and so on [1]. Ed in children not only affects the quality of recovery, but also may be accompanied by the potential physical injury effect, which is a clinical problem worthy of attention during the perianaesthesia period in children. This article reviews the development of inducing factors, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of infantile Ed.
