【摘要】：目的:觀察靶控輸注瑞芬太尼合丙泊酚在宮腔鏡手術(shù)麻醉的效果分析。方法:選擇2014年8月-2016年1月需要宮腔鏡手術(shù)患者80例,隨機分為對照組和觀察組,各40例。對照組給予TCI泵靶控輸注舒芬太尼,同時靜脈輸注丙泊酚;觀察組給予TCI泵靶控輸注瑞芬太尼,同時靜脈輸注丙泊酚。觀察兩組麻醉效果、動脈平均血壓(MAP)、心率(HR)、呼吸(RR)、血氧飽和度(SPO2)及麻藥起效時間、術(shù)后蘇醒時間、丙泊酚用量等變化情況。結(jié)果:對照組麻醉效果優(yōu)良率為80.0%,觀察組為97.5%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);麻醉后觀察組MAR、HR、RR均明顯低于對照組,而觀察組SPO2高于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組麻藥起效時間、術(shù)后蘇醒時間、丙泊酚用量均少于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:瑞芬太尼合丙泊酚用于宮腔鏡手術(shù)麻醉效果好,患者體征比較平穩(wěn),術(shù)后容易蘇醒,值得手術(shù)麻醉推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of target controlled infusion of remifentanil and propofol in hysteroscopic anesthesia. Methods: 80 patients who needed hysteroscopy from August 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each. In the control group, sufentanil and propofol were given to the TCI pump, while remifentanil and propofol were given to the observation group. The effects of anesthesia, arterial mean blood pressure (map), heart rate (HR), respiration (RR), blood oxygen saturation (SPO _ 2), onset time of anesthesia, postoperative recovery time and propofol dosage were observed. Results: the excellent and good rates of anesthesia in the control group were 80.0 and 97.5 in the observation group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), after anesthesia, the Marr HRRR of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while the SPO _ 2 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05); in the observation group, the onset time, postoperative recovery time, propofol dosage were lower than those in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: remifentanil combined with propofol is a good anaesthesia for hysteroscopic surgery.
