【摘要】：目的觀察潛陽育陰顆粒對正常麻醉犬腎動脈血流量及血壓的影響,初步探討其治療高血壓腎損害的作用機(jī)制。方法應(yīng)用Power Lab系統(tǒng)記錄給予潛陽育陰顆粒低、中、高劑量(3.08、6.15、12.30 g/kg)后0~180 min內(nèi)不同時段比格犬腎動脈血流量、心輸出量和血壓的變化。結(jié)果潛陽育陰顆粒高劑量組給藥后120、180 min動脈收縮壓(SBP)顯著降低(P0.05),給藥后90、120、180 min,腎血流量顯著升高(P0.05);潛陽育陰顆粒中劑量組給藥后120 min,SBP明顯下降(P0.05),給藥后90、120 min,腎血流量明顯升高(P0.05);低劑量組給藥后180 min內(nèi)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)變化不明顯。潛陽育陰顆粒3個劑量組心輸出量(CO)均未見明顯變化。結(jié)論潛陽育陰顆粒主要通過增加腎動脈血流量,保護(hù)腎功能,從而降低血壓。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Qianyang Yuyin granule on renal arterial blood flow and blood pressure in anesthetized dogs and to explore the mechanism of its treatment of hypertensive renal damage. Methods Power Lab system was used to record the changes of renal arterial blood flow, cardiac output and blood pressure of Beagle dogs at different time periods within 0 ~ 180 min after treatment with Qianyang Yuyin granules at low, medium and high doses (3.08 ~ 6.150.30 g/kg). Results in the high dose group of Qianyang Yuyin granule, the systolic blood pressure (SBP) decreased significantly at 120180 min (P0.05), and the renal blood flow increased significantly (P0.05) at 90120180 minutes after administration, while in the middle dose group of Qianyang Yuyin granule, the SBP decreased significantly (P0.05), and 90120 minutes after administration, the renal blood flow was significantly decreased (P0.05). The dosage was significantly increased (P0.05), and the changes of the indexes within 180 min were not obvious in the low dose group. The cardiac output (CO) of Qianyang Yuyin granules did not change significantly in all three dose groups. Conclusion Qianyang Yuyin granule can decrease blood pressure by increasing renal arterial blood flow and protecting renal function.
