【摘要】：目的:分析小劑量去氧腎上腺素對(duì)剖宮產(chǎn)患者腰-硬聯(lián)合麻醉后低血壓的預(yù)防效果。方法:擇取86例實(shí)施剖宮產(chǎn)的患者,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各43例,全部患者均實(shí)施腰-硬聯(lián)合麻醉,同時(shí)予以液體同步負(fù)荷,觀察組在液體同步負(fù)荷中加用小劑量去氧腎上腺素,觀察和比較兩組患者低血壓發(fā)生情況和新生兒1 min Apgar評(píng)分、血糖、乳酸以及pH。結(jié)果:觀察組低血壓發(fā)生率明顯比對(duì)照組少,pH值、1 min Apgar評(píng)分明顯比對(duì)照組高,且乳酸、血糖均明顯比對(duì)照組低,組間數(shù)據(jù)比較差異明顯(P0.05)。結(jié)論:對(duì)剖宮產(chǎn)患者腰-硬聯(lián)合麻醉后應(yīng)用小劑量去氧腎上腺素,可有效預(yù)防和減少低血壓的發(fā)生,同時(shí)對(duì)于胎兒血?dú)庥绊懸脖容^小,具有應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the preventive effect of low-dose norepinephrine on hypotension after combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in caesarean section. Methods: 86 patients undergoing cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group (n = 43) and control group (n = 43). Low dose of noradrenaline was added to the liquid synchronous load in the observation group. The incidence of hypotension and neonatal 1 min Apgar score, blood glucose, lactic acid and pHs were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: the incidence of hypotension in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the scores of pH value and 1 min Apgar were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of lactic acid and blood glucose were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: low dose of noradrenaline can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of hypotension and has little effect on fetal blood gas after combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in caesarean section.
