【摘要】：目的比較腹部微創(chuàng)手術(shù)患者采取不同麻醉方式的臨床效果和費用。方法選擇我院2014年6月—2015年5月收治的腹部微創(chuàng)手術(shù)患者104例作為研究對象。按照床位單雙號順序,將其分為兩組,每組各52例患者。研究組采取丙泊酚聯(lián)合七氟烷麻醉,對照組采取七氟烷麻醉,比較兩組患者的臨床療效和費用。結(jié)果經(jīng)過對比兩組患者麻醉相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),研究組患者失去意識時間為(72.5±17.4)s,長于對照組的(52.4±11.5)s,但恢復(fù)自主呼吸時間、完全蘇醒時間和恢復(fù)定向力時間均少于對照組(P0.05);研究組麻醉總費用為(375.5±36.6)元,少于對照組的(471.9±44.3)元,且研究組每項費用均少于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論腹部微創(chuàng)手術(shù)患者采用丙泊酚和七氟烷進行麻醉效果更好,且費用較低,具有臨床應(yīng)用的價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the clinical effect and cost of different anesthesia methods in patients undergoing minimally invasive abdominal surgery. Methods 104 patients with minimally invasive abdominal surgery from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected. The patients were divided into two groups, 52 patients in each group. The study group was anesthetized with propofol and sevoflurane, while the control group was anesthetized with sevoflurane. Results by comparing the anesthetic data of the two groups, the time of losing consciousness in the study group was (72.5 鹵17.4) s, which was longer than that in the control group (52.4 鹵11.5) s), but the time of spontaneous respiration was recovered. The total cost of anesthesia in the study group was (375.5 鹵36.6) yuan, less than that in the control group (471.9 鹵44.3) yuan, and each item in the study group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion propofol and sevoflurane are more effective and lower cost in patients undergoing minimally invasive abdominal surgery.
