【摘要】：目的探討全身麻醉下腹腔鏡精索靜脈曲張高位結(jié)扎術(shù)后是否需要留置尿管及其影響研究。方法收集2014年5月至2015年12月該院收治的男性精索靜脈曲張患者110例作為研究對象,隨機分為試驗組(不留置尿管)和對照組(留置尿管),每組各55例。收集兩組患者臨床資料,術(shù)前、術(shù)后尿常規(guī),泌尿系感染發(fā)生率,術(shù)后膀胱刺激征、尿潴留、血尿、尿道疼痛及傷口愈合等情況,并進(jìn)行各項護(hù)理滿意度研究和分析。結(jié)果與對照組相比,試驗組患者在腹腔鏡下精索靜脈曲張高位結(jié)扎術(shù)后不留尿管能顯著減低患者泌尿系感染率(10.90%vs.1.80%)、膀胱刺激征(89.10%vs.7.20%)、血尿(16.40%vs.0.00%)、Ⅰ級尿道疼痛(76.50%vs.1.81%)等發(fā)生率,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),并且不增加患者術(shù)后尿潴留的風(fēng)險率。在護(hù)理方面,腹腔鏡下精索靜脈曲張高位結(jié)扎術(shù)后不留置尿管能顯著提高患者對護(hù)理服務(wù)態(tài)度、護(hù)理操作技術(shù)、尿道護(hù)理的滿意度,并提高患者對護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)論全身麻醉下腹腔鏡精索靜脈曲張高位結(jié)扎術(shù)后不留置尿管能顯著降低患者術(shù)后泌尿系感染、膀胱刺激征、血尿、尿道疼痛等發(fā)生率,并且能顯著提高患者護(hù)理滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the need and influence of indwelling catheter after laparoscopic high ligation of varicocele under general anesthesia. Methods 110 male varicocele patients treated in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (without indwelling catheter) and the control group (55 cases in each group). The clinical data, preoperative and postoperative urinary routine, incidence of urinary tract infection, postoperative bladder irritation, urinary retention, hematuria, urethral pain and wound healing were collected.
