【摘要】：目的:探討溫胃飲配合針灸在改善腹部手術(shù)患者麻醉術(shù)后胃腸功能的效果。方法:按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將我院收治的86例行腹部手術(shù)的患者均分為治療組和對(duì)照組,治療組患者術(shù)后給予溫胃飲配合針灸治療,對(duì)照組患者術(shù)后未給予特殊處理,比較兩組患者不同麻醉方式術(shù)后排便時(shí)間。結(jié)果:治療組患者在硬膜外麻醉、蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔麻醉、靜脈全麻術(shù)后排便時(shí)間分別為15.6±5.9 h、10.1±4.9 h、9.9±5.2 h,均顯著短于對(duì)照組的78.5±13.2 h、60.8±11.0 h、25.0±8.5 h(P0.05)。結(jié)論:溫胃飲配合針灸能夠顯著改善腹部手術(shù)患者麻醉術(shù)后胃腸功能,促進(jìn)胃腸功能快速恢復(fù),縮短了排便時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the effect of warming stomach drink with acupuncture and moxibustion in improving the gastrointestinal function of patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods: according to the random digital table, 86 patients with abdominal surgery were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Wen Wei Yin and needle Moxibustion after operation, and the control group was not given special place after operation. To compare the postoperative defecation time of the two groups of patients with different anesthesia methods. Results: the patients in the treatment group were 15.6 + 5.9 h, 10.1 + 4.9 h, 9.9 + 5.2 h, respectively, after epidural anesthesia, subarachnoid anesthesia, and 9.9 + 5.2 h, respectively, and were significantly shorter than those in the control group, 60.8 + 11 h, 25 + 8.5 H (P0.05). Conclusion: Wen Wei Yin combined with acupuncture and moxibustion energy. It can significantly improve gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery, accelerate gastrointestinal function recovery and shorten defecation time.
