【摘要】：正患者,男,44歲,78kg,因"右橈骨骨折內(nèi)固定術(shù)后16個(gè)月",于2014年3月6日14時(shí)在臂叢神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉下,行"骨折內(nèi)固定物取出術(shù)"。入手術(shù)室后,建立靜脈通道,常規(guī)行ECG、血流動(dòng)力學(xué)監(jiān)測(cè),各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)正常。采用1%利多卡因、0.3%鹽酸羅哌卡因行肌間溝法臂叢神經(jīng)阻滯,穿刺部位相當(dāng)于第6頸椎橫突,常規(guī)消毒,在前中斜角肌之間隙與皮膚垂直作皮內(nèi)小泡,穿刺針沿肌間溝向內(nèi)后及下方推進(jìn),穿
[Abstract]:The patient, aged 44 and 78 kg, was treated with "removal of internal fixation of fracture" at 14:00 on March 6, 2014 under brachial plexus block anesthesia for "16 months after internal fixation of right radius fracture". After entering the operating room, vein passage was established, ECG was performed routinely, hemodynamic monitoring was performed, and all indexes were normal. The brachial plexus block was performed with 1% lidocaine 0.3% ropivacaine hydrochloride. The puncture site was equivalent to the transverse process of the 6th cervical vertebra and was routinely disinfected. The space between the anterior and middle scalene muscles and the skin were used as intradermal vesicles. To push backward and downwards along the intermuscular sulcus.
