【摘要】：目的探討擬行闌尾切除術(shù)患者留置導(dǎo)尿的最佳時(shí)期,以提高備術(shù)患者留置導(dǎo)尿時(shí)的舒適度。方法將240例擬行闌尾切除術(shù)的患者按手術(shù)日單雙分為觀察者和對(duì)照組各120例,觀察組的患者在手術(shù)室實(shí)行麻醉后給予留置導(dǎo)尿術(shù),對(duì)照組患者在麻醉前在病房給予留置導(dǎo)尿術(shù),對(duì)兩組患者導(dǎo)尿插管時(shí)的不適感進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果觀察組患者留置導(dǎo)尿舒適度明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論擇期闌尾切除術(shù)患者留置導(dǎo)尿更宜在麻醉后進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the optimal period of indwelling catheterization for patients undergoing appendectomy, and to improve the comfort of indwelling catheterization in patients undergoing appendectomy. Methods 240 patients with appendectomy were divided into two groups according to the day of operation. The patients in the observation group were given indwelling urethral catheterization after anesthesia in the operating room, and the patients in the control group were given indwelling catheterization in the ward before anesthesia. The discomfort during catheterization was compared between the two groups. Results the comfort of indwelling catheterization in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.01). Conclusion indwelling catheterization in patients with selective appendectomy is more appropriate after anesthesia.
