【摘要】：目的探討擬行闌尾切除術患者留置導尿的最佳時期,以提高備術患者留置導尿時的舒適度。方法將240例擬行闌尾切除術的患者按手術日單雙分為觀察者和對照組各120例,觀察組的患者在手術室實行麻醉后給予留置導尿術,對照組患者在麻醉前在病房給予留置導尿術,對兩組患者導尿插管時的不適感進行對比。結(jié)果觀察組患者留置導尿舒適度明顯高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論擇期闌尾切除術患者留置導尿更宜在麻醉后進行。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the optimal period of indwelling catheterization for patients undergoing appendectomy, and to improve the comfort of indwelling catheterization in patients undergoing appendectomy. Methods 240 patients with appendectomy were divided into two groups according to the day of operation. The patients in the observation group were given indwelling urethral catheterization after anesthesia in the operating room, and the patients in the control group were given indwelling catheterization in the ward before anesthesia. The discomfort during catheterization was compared between the two groups. Results the comfort of indwelling catheterization in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.01). Conclusion indwelling catheterization in patients with selective appendectomy is more appropriate after anesthesia.
