【摘要】：兒童檢查前及術(shù)前常需要應(yīng)用鎮(zhèn)靜藥物使操作順利進(jìn)行。許多臨床常用的麻醉鎮(zhèn)靜劑在動物研究中,被發(fā)現(xiàn)具有神經(jīng)毒副作用;對于某些鎮(zhèn)靜藥物,在應(yīng)用過程中可能會產(chǎn)生呼吸抑制作用,這些不良反應(yīng)對處于發(fā)育期的兒童是不可忽視的。右美托咪定(dexmedetomidine,DEX)是一種高選擇性α2-腎上腺素受體激動劑,具有鎮(zhèn)靜及鎮(zhèn)痛作用。通過檢索國內(nèi)外DEX在兒童鎮(zhèn)靜中的應(yīng)用,結(jié)果顯示,DEX引發(fā)并維持自然非動眼睡眠狀態(tài),產(chǎn)生鎮(zhèn)靜、催眠作用,鎮(zhèn)靜過程中無呼吸抑制作用,為安全有效的鎮(zhèn)靜藥物。雖然DEX在我國未被推薦用于兒科鎮(zhèn)靜,但是它的應(yīng)用越來越受到廣大麻醉醫(yī)生及藥師的關(guān)注,DEX臨床研究可能為兒科臨床鎮(zhèn)靜提供更好的選擇。
[Abstract]:Children often need to use sedatives before and before examination to make the operation smooth. Many commonly used anesthetic sedatives have been found to have neurotoxic side effects in animal studies; for certain sedatives, respiratory inhibition may occur during the use of certain sedatives. These adverse reactions can not be ignored in children in the developmental stage. Dexmedetomidine (DEX) is a highly selective 偽 2 adrenergic receptor agonist with sedative and analgesic effects. By searching for the application of DEX in children sedation at home and abroad, the results showed that DEX induced and maintained the state of natural immobility sleep, produced sedation, hypnosis and no respiratory inhibition during sedation, so it was a safe and effective sedative. Although DEX is not recommended for pediatric sedation in China, its application has attracted more and more attention of anesthesiologists and pharmacists. The clinical study of DEX may provide a better choice for pediatric clinical sedation.
