【摘要】：目的探討髂筋膜間隙阻滯對老年全髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后疼痛的影響。方法選取2015年4月~2017年8月本院行全髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)老年患者60例,將患者隨機分為兩組,對照組患者使用羅哌卡因,觀察組患者羅哌卡因聯(lián)合右美托咪定,對比兩組患者股神經(jīng)阻滯率,使用VAS法評價兩者疼痛程度。結(jié)果在股神經(jīng)阻滯率方面,觀察組股神經(jīng)阻滯率更高(P0.05);在VAS評分方面,觀察組靜息狀態(tài)下VAS評分明顯好于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論髂筋膜間隙阻滯可以實現(xiàn)對老年全髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后疼痛的有效緩解,改善患者預(yù)后生活質(zhì)量,值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of iliofascial space block on pain after total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients. Methods 60 elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement from April 2015 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with ropivacaine, the observation group was treated with ropivacaine combined with dexmetomidine. The rate of femoral nerve block was compared and the pain degree was evaluated by VAS. Results in the aspect of femoral nerve block rate, the femoral nerve block rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and in the VAS score, the VAS score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion Iliofascial space block can effectively relieve the pain after total hip arthroplasty and improve the quality of life of the patients. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
