【摘要】：目的:探討手術室麻醉中無菌操作的必要性及其臨床意義,為相關病癥的治療開展提供借鑒和參考。方法:選取2013年12月至2014年12月間該院收治的需進行手術治療的患者,共計70例。將患者隨機分為兩組,對照組和觀察組各35例,給予觀察組患者采用手術室無菌改良操作內(nèi)容,對照組采用常規(guī)操作內(nèi)容,對比臨床效果。結果:觀察組中感染人數(shù)2例,感染率5.7%;對照組中感染人數(shù)14例,感染率為40.0%。觀察組患者的感染發(fā)生率較對照組明顯降低(P0.01)。結論:手術及麻醉過程中不僅要認真落實各項制度,而且要廣泛利用多種監(jiān)測手段,確保手術室麻醉為無菌操作,以提高手術的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the necessity and clinical significance of aseptic operation in anaesthesia of operating room, and to provide reference for the treatment of related diseases. Methods: from December 2013 to December 2014, 70 patients who needed surgical treatment were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group, 35 cases each. The patients in the observation group were treated with the aseptic modified operation content in the operating room, and the patients in the control group were treated with the routine operation content, and the clinical effects were compared. Results: there were 2 cases of infection in the observation group and 14 cases in the control group, and the infection rate was 40. 0% in the control group. The incidence of infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.01). Conclusion: in the process of operation and anaesthesia, not only every system should be carried out seriously, but also a variety of monitoring methods should be widely used to ensure that anesthesia in the operating room is aseptic, so as to improve the therapeutic effect of the operation.
