【摘要】：目的:探討羅哌卡因復合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉在腹腔鏡卵巢囊腫切除術(shù)中的應用效果。方法:選取90例需行腹腔鏡卵巢囊腫切除術(shù)的患者,隨機分為對照組和觀察組各45例,觀察組采用羅哌卡因復合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉,對照組采用羅哌卡因硬膜外麻醉,觀察兩組患者術(shù)前、術(shù)中及術(shù)后BP、HR、SPO2等生理指標變化,比較兩組不良反應。結(jié)果:術(shù)前兩組HR、SPO2和MAP參數(shù)比較無差異(P0.05);術(shù)中兩組HR、SPO2和MAP參數(shù)低于術(shù)前(P0.05),且觀察組低于對照組(P0.05);術(shù)后兩組HR、SPO2和MAP參數(shù)與術(shù)前比較無差異(P0.05);觀察組清醒時間、拔管時間及VAS評分優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);兩組手術(shù)時間比較無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05);兩組患者術(shù)后均未出現(xiàn)其它嚴重不良反應。結(jié)論:羅哌卡因復合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉用于腹腔鏡卵巢囊腫切除術(shù),可顯著改善術(shù)中主要指標參數(shù),提高麻醉效果,且安全性較好,具有較好的臨床應用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection. Methods: ninety patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection were randomly divided into control group (n = 45) and observation group (n = 45). The observation group was treated with ropivacaine combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia, and the control group with ropivacaine epidural anesthesia. The changes of BPHR-SPO _ 2 before, during and after operation were observed and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: there was no difference in the parameters of SPO 2 and map between the two groups before operation (P 0.05), the parameters of SPO 2 and map in the two groups were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05) and the parameters of SPO 2 and map in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the parameters of HRO 2 and map before operation (P 0.05). The extubation time and VAS score were better than those in the control group (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups (P 0.05). There were no other serious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion: ropivacaine combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia for laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection can significantly improve the main parameters during the operation and improve the anesthetic effect. The safety of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil has good clinical application value.
