【摘要】：目的觀察鹽酸丙美卡因滴眼液點眼對全身麻醉斜視矯正術(shù)后患兒蘇醒期躁動的預(yù)防作用。方法選擇3~12歲全身麻醉下行斜視矯正術(shù)患兒258例,隨機分為觀察組與對照組,觀察組在手術(shù)結(jié)束前結(jié)膜囊內(nèi)滴入0.5%鹽酸丙美卡因滴眼液1~2滴,對照組在手術(shù)結(jié)束前滴0.9%生理鹽水1~2滴。術(shù)畢清醒拔除氣管導(dǎo)管后送入麻醉后恢復(fù)室(postanesthesia care unit,PACU)。觀察并記錄患兒蘇醒期躁動發(fā)生情況,評估躁動程度。結(jié)果兩組躁動發(fā)生率比較,觀察組躁動發(fā)生率12.4%,對照組躁動發(fā)生率31.8%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論鹽酸丙美卡因滴眼液對患兒全身麻醉斜視術(shù)后蘇醒期躁動的發(fā)生有一定的預(yù)防作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the preventive effect of propecaine hydrochloride eye drops on restlessness after general anesthesia strabismus correction in children. Methods 258 children with strabismus under general anesthesia and 12 years old were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group. Before the operation, 0.5% propecaine hydrochloride eye drops were injected into the conjunctival sac of the observation group. The control group was treated with 0.9% saline and 2 drops of saline before operation. After operation, the trachea catheter was removed and put into the recovery chamber after anaesthesia. To observe and record the occurrence of restlessness in the recovery period and to evaluate the restlessness degree. Results the incidence of restlessness was 12.4in the observation group and 31.8g in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Promecaine hydrochloride eye drops can prevent restlessness after general anesthesia strabismus in children.
