【摘要】：目的探討應(yīng)用連續(xù)無(wú)創(chuàng)血壓監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)(continuous non-invasive arterial pressure,CNAP)所測(cè)的收縮壓(SBP)、舒張壓(DBP)、平均動(dòng)脈壓(MAP)、每搏量變異度(SVV)、脈壓變異度(PPV)、心排出量(CO)和每搏量(SV)等血流動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)與Flotrac/Vigileo獲得的相關(guān)參數(shù)的一致性。方法 25例擇期行全麻下開(kāi)腹手術(shù)的患者,年齡18~60歲,美國(guó)麻醉醫(yī)師協(xié)會(huì)(ASA)麻醉風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)Ⅰ~Ⅱ級(jí)者,靜脈全麻誘導(dǎo)后于患者左手進(jìn)行橈動(dòng)脈穿刺,連接Flotrac/Vigileo,左手食指與中指連接Li DCOrapid(CNAP)雙指套傳感器,在手術(shù)過(guò)程中每隔5 min記錄SBP、DBP、MAP、SVV、PPV、CO、SV等血流動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)。結(jié)果 CNAP組SBP低于Flotrac/Vigileo組(P0.01),CNAP組DBP和PPV高于Flotrac/Vigileo組(P0.05);2組的MAP、SVV、CO、SV的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。2組的SBP、DBP相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.763,r=0.700,P均0.01,而PPV的相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.662,P0.01。結(jié)論 CNAP與Flotrac/Vigileo具有相似的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。但也應(yīng)注意SBP、DBP和PPV存在的差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the hemodynamic parameters and Flotrac/Vigileo of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure MAPP (MAPP), pulse pressure variability (PVV), pulse pressure variability (PPV), cardiac output volume (non-invasive arterial) and stroke volume (SVV) measured by continuous noninvasive blood pressure monitoring system (continuous non-invasive arterial pressureCNAP). Obtain the consistency of the relevant parameters. Methods Twenty-five patients (1860 years old, aged 1860 years) undergoing elective open surgery under general anesthesia and the American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASAA) were divided into two groups. The patients underwent radial artery puncture in their left hand after intravenous general anesthesia induction. The hemodynamic parameters, such as SBP DBP MAPP, SVV, PPV, COSV, etc, were recorded every 5 min during operation by connecting Flotracr / Vigileo, left index finger and middle finger with Li DCOrapido CNAPs. Results SBP in CNAP group was lower than that in Flotrac/Vigileo group (P 0.01) and PPV was higher than that in Flotrac/Vigileo group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the correlation coefficient of DBP and PPV between CNAP group and Flotrac/Vigileo group. There was no significant difference in correlation coefficient between two groups (P < 0.01), but the correlation coefficient of PPV was r 0.662n (P 0.01). Conclusion CNAP and Flotrac/Vigileo have similar clinical value. But we should also pay attention to the difference between SBP and PPV.
