【摘要】:隨著醫(yī)療體制改革的不斷深化,國(guó)家對(duì)醫(yī)院在藥房管理上的要求也更加嚴(yán)格,特別是毒麻制劑和精神類(lèi)等貴重危險(xiǎn)藥品的管理和存放問(wèn)題,《中華人民共和國(guó)藥品管理法》及《麻醉藥品和精神藥品管理?xiàng)l例》(國(guó)務(wù)院令第442號(hào))第四章,第三十七條規(guī)定,強(qiáng)制要求醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)有保證麻醉藥品和第一類(lèi)精神藥品安全儲(chǔ)存的設(shè)施和管理制度。但是由于現(xiàn)行醫(yī)院的藥品管理體制固化,相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的影射力度不夠,人為因素影響較大,使得藥品管理工作進(jìn)展較為困難,難以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)毒麻制劑、精神類(lèi)藥品的統(tǒng)籌管理。同時(shí)造成人力和資源的浪費(fèi),且毒麻制劑、精神類(lèi)藥品得不到安全的存放,最終導(dǎo)致效率低下等問(wèn)題;谶@些問(wèn)題,本文對(duì)當(dāng)前多家醫(yī)院危險(xiǎn)貴重藥品的管理工作進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并結(jié)合醫(yī)院需求和相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的要求做出需求分析,研究國(guó)內(nèi)外智能醫(yī)用冰箱的一些優(yōu)秀成果,在這些研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上取其精華去其糟粕,提出智能醫(yī)用冰箱的課題研究方向。結(jié)合Android開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)、Web Service技術(shù)以及虹膜識(shí)別技術(shù)提出了智能醫(yī)用冰箱控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),并能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)毒麻制劑、精神類(lèi)藥品的統(tǒng)籌管理,保證毒麻制劑、精神類(lèi)藥品的安全存放,實(shí)現(xiàn)此類(lèi)藥品的“專(zhuān)人”、“專(zhuān)柜”、“專(zhuān)冊(cè)”管理。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)Android技術(shù)的研究和分析,提出了基于Android系統(tǒng)的智能醫(yī)用冰箱的控制系統(tǒng),并采用藍(lán)牙、串口技術(shù)完成控制系統(tǒng)與控制板、虹膜識(shí)別設(shè)備之間的命令和數(shù)據(jù)通信,做到軟硬件的完美結(jié)合。采用Web Service技術(shù)完成智能醫(yī)用冰箱控制系統(tǒng)與智慧醫(yī)療平臺(tái)間的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸和信息交互。藥品條碼查詢平臺(tái)為其提供Web服務(wù)接口,實(shí)現(xiàn)條碼查詢功能。該控制系統(tǒng)由四部分組成,包括控制終端(Pad),控制板,智慧醫(yī)療平臺(tái)以及它們之間的接口。控制終端的軟件系統(tǒng)是由藥品管理子系統(tǒng)、人員管理子系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備管理子系統(tǒng)組成,并對(duì)這幾個(gè)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)思想進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述,并給出了實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,做到人機(jī)界面的友好交互。各種設(shè)備通過(guò)串口集成在控制板上,控制板通過(guò)藍(lán)牙與控制終端(pad)進(jìn)行通信,,實(shí)現(xiàn)控制終端對(duì)各硬件控制。虹膜識(shí)別設(shè)備直接與控制終端(Pad)進(jìn)行通信,協(xié)同完成人員登錄開(kāi)柜的任務(wù)。本文對(duì)系統(tǒng)的客戶端UI界面和接口方法的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,并給出具體的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與研發(fā)是通過(guò)Google提供的SDK的學(xué)習(xí),在Android Studio上完成了系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能冰箱的控制軟件,并實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)硬件系統(tǒng)的控制。 最后本文通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證該研究并開(kāi)發(fā)的基于Android開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)的智能醫(yī)用冰箱控制系統(tǒng)能夠很好的實(shí)現(xiàn)一些必要的功能,各模塊的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)良好,系統(tǒng)整體界面友好,操作簡(jiǎn)單,虹膜識(shí)別設(shè)備能夠很好與控制終端配合完成藥品的安全存放工作。適合當(dāng)前醫(yī)院的藥品管理需求,具有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the medical system, the state's requirements for hospital pharmacy management have become more stringent. In particular, with regard to the management and storage of precious dangerous drugs, such as narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, the Drug Administration Law of the people's Republic of China and the regulations for the Administration of Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances (decree No. 442 of the State Council), Chapter IV, Article 37, stipulates that Medical institutions are required to have facilities and regulatory systems to ensure the safe storage of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances I. However, due to the solidification of the current hospital drug management system, the lack of innuendo of relevant laws and regulations, and the greater influence of human factors, the progress of drug management is more difficult, and it is difficult to realize the overall management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs. At the same time, it causes waste of manpower and resources, and toxic drugs and psychotropic drugs can not be safely stored, resulting in inefficiency and so on. Based on these problems, this paper investigates the management of dangerous and valuable drugs in many hospitals at present, and makes a demand analysis combined with the demand of hospitals and related laws and regulations, and studies some outstanding achievements of intelligent medical refrigerators at home and abroad. On the basis of these research results, the research direction of intelligent medical refrigerator is put forward. Combining with Android development technology, web Service technology and iris recognition technology, this paper puts forward the design of intelligent medical refrigerator control system, which can realize the overall management of venom preparation and psychotropic drugs, and ensure the safe storage of venom preparations and psychotropic drugs. Realize this kind of medicine "special person", "special counter", "special book" management. Based on the research and analysis of Android technology, the control system of intelligent medical refrigerator based on Android system is put forward in this paper. The command and data communication between control system and control board and iris recognition device is completed by using Bluetooth and serial port technology. To achieve the perfect combination of hardware and software. The data transmission and information exchange between the intelligent medical refrigerator control system and the intelligent medical platform are accomplished by using Web Service technology. Drug barcode query platform provides Web service interface to realize barcode query function. The control system consists of four parts, including the control terminal, the control board, the intelligent medical platform and the interface between them. The software system of the control terminal is composed of drug management subsystem, personnel management subsystem and equipment management subsystem. The design idea of these modules is described in detail, and the implementation method is given. Achieve the friendly interaction of man-machine interface. All kinds of devices are integrated on the control board through serial port. The control board communicates with the control terminal through Bluetooth to realize the control of each hardware by the control terminal. The iris recognition equipment communicates directly with the control terminal (Padad) and accomplishes the task of login and opening the cabinet. In this paper, the design of client UI interface and interface method is introduced in detail, and the implementation method is given. The design and development of the system is based on the learning of SDK provided by Google. The realization of each function module of the system is completed on the Android Studio. Finally, the control software of the intelligent refrigerator is realized, and the control of the hardware system is realized. Finally, the experiment shows that the intelligent medical refrigerator control system based on the Android development platform can achieve some necessary functions, the operation of each module is good, the overall interface of the system is friendly, and the operation is simple. Iris recognition equipment can work well with the control terminal to complete the safe storage of drugs. It is of high practical value to meet the needs of current hospital drug management.
