【摘要】：目的探討在B超定位用于三種臂叢神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉法的臨床效果。方法將36例上肢手術(shù)者分為肌間溝聯(lián)合腋路臂叢神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉組(聯(lián)合組)12例、肌間溝臂叢神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉組(肌間溝組)12例和腋路臂叢神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉組(腋路組)12例。結(jié)果聯(lián)合組的優(yōu)良率達(dá)100.0%,顯著高于肌間溝組的75.0%和腋路組的66.7%(P0.05),且術(shù)后并發(fā)癥較其他兩組少。結(jié)論肌間溝聯(lián)合腋路臂叢神經(jīng)麻醉方法優(yōu)良率高,并發(fā)癥少。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of three kinds of brachial plexus block anesthesia based on B-ultrasound. Methods Thirty-six patients undergoing upper limb operation were divided into intermuscular sulcus combined with axillary brachial plexus block anesthesia group (12 cases), intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block anesthesia group (12 cases) and axillary brachial plexus block anesthesia group (12 cases). Results the excellent and good rate of the combined group was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the intermuscular sulcus group (75.0%) and the axillary approach group (66.7%), and the postoperative complications were less than those of the other two groups. Conclusion the intermuscular sulcus combined with axillary brachial plexus anesthesia has high excellent rate and few complications.
