【摘要】:藥物輔助鮮活水產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)移和運輸已經(jīng)成為水產(chǎn)品流通過程中產(chǎn)品;睢⒈V档囊环N重要手段。文章通過靜水式生物測試法,以丁香酚作為麻醉劑,研究不同藥浴濃度處理下草魚在麻醉階段的行為特征和誘導(dǎo)時間,在清水復(fù)蘇階段的行為特征、復(fù)蘇時間和復(fù)蘇存活率,以探索滿足商品規(guī)格的草魚在捕撈、轉(zhuǎn)移、處理和運輸?shù)仁召A運環(huán)節(jié)操作所需要的最適劑量。結(jié)果顯示,丁香酚濃度為40 mg·L~(-1)的處理組中,實驗草魚在3 min內(nèi)即可進入快速麻醉期,脫水10 min內(nèi)依然保持麻醉狀態(tài),放入清水中7 min內(nèi)即可復(fù)蘇,適于草魚的短時間轉(zhuǎn)移操作;丁香酚濃度為10 mg·L~(-1)的處理組中草魚可長時間(24 h)處于深度鎮(zhèn)靜狀態(tài),魚體可保持平衡,但停止游動,且觸覺喪失,存活率100%,適合草魚長時間運輸操作。
[Abstract]:Drug-assisted transfer and transportation of fresh aquatic products has become an important means of keeping the products alive and maintaining their value in the process of aquatic products circulation. Using eugenol as anesthetic agent, the behavioral characteristics and induction time of grass carp in anaesthesia stage, the behavioral characteristics, resuscitation time and survival rate of grass carp in the stage of water resuscitation were studied by using hydrostatic bioassay and eugenol as anesthetic agent. In order to explore the commercial specifications of grass carp in fishing, transfer, treatment and transportation, such as storage and transportation of the operation of the optimal dose. The results showed that in the treatment group with eugenol concentration of 40 mg / L, the experimental grass carp could enter a rapid anaesthesia period within 3 min, remain anaesthetized within 10 min of dehydration, and be resuscitated within 7 min in clear water, which was suitable for the short-term transfer operation of grass carp. In the treatment group with a concentration of 10 mg / L of eugenol, the grass carp was in a deep calm state for 24 hours. The fish kept balance, but stopped swimming, lost touch, and survived 100%, which was suitable for long time transportation of grass carp.
