【摘要】：目的探討七氟醚和異氟醚吸入麻醉對(duì)直腸癌根治術(shù)后患者認(rèn)知功能影響的差異。方法選取2012年1月至2015年3月來(lái)該院行直腸癌根治術(shù)的患者100例,按照入院先后順序分為對(duì)照組和觀察組各50例。對(duì)照組術(shù)中采用異氟醚麻醉,觀察組采用七氟醚麻醉。記錄兩組手術(shù)時(shí)間和術(shù)后睜眼時(shí)間,在術(shù)前和術(shù)后1、12和24小時(shí)使用簡(jiǎn)易智能精神狀況檢查量表(MMSE)評(píng)估患者的認(rèn)知功能,觀察術(shù)后不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果兩組手術(shù)時(shí)間及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;觀察組睜眼時(shí)間顯著短于對(duì)照組,術(shù)后1、12小時(shí),兩組的MMSE評(píng)分逐漸升高,但均顯著低于術(shù)前,術(shù)后24小時(shí)觀察組的MMSE評(píng)分已恢復(fù)到術(shù)前水平,對(duì)照組仍略低于術(shù)前;術(shù)后各時(shí)間點(diǎn)觀察組的MMSE評(píng)分均顯著高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論七氟醚和異氟醚均可損害直腸癌患者術(shù)后認(rèn)知功能,但七氟醚比異氟醚對(duì)認(rèn)知功能的損害較小。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the difference of cognitive function between sevoflurane and isoflurane after radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods 100 patients with radical resection of rectal cancer from January 2012 to March 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in the control group. The control group was anaesthetized with isoflurane, and the observation group was used in the control group. Sevoflurane anesthesia. Records two groups of operation time and postoperative eye opening time, before and after the operation and 1,12 and 24 hours after the use of simple intelligent mental state examination scale (MMSE) to evaluate the cognitive function of the patients and observe the occurrence of adverse reactions after the operation. Results there were no significant differences between the two groups of operation time and the incidence of adverse reaction. The time of eye opening was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The MMSE score of the two groups increased gradually at 1,12 hours after the operation, but all was significantly lower than that before the operation. The MMSE score of the observation group had recovered to the preoperative level 24 hours after the operation, and the control group was still slightly lower than that before the operation, and the MMSE scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the operation, and the difference was statistically significant. Seven Fluoride and isoflurane both impaired the postoperative cognitive function of patients with rectal cancer, but sevoflurane had less damage to cognitive function than isoflurane.
