【摘要】：目的分析硬膜外麻醉患者術(shù)后并發(fā)感染的臨床因素,探討預(yù)防控制措施,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法選擇醫(yī)院2011年12月-2013年12月于硬膜外麻醉下接受手術(shù)治療的728例患者作為研究對象,回顧性分析該組患者的臨床資料、感染相關(guān)性因素,并探討對應(yīng)的預(yù)防控制措施,采用SPSS 17.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 728例患者均順利完成手術(shù),術(shù)后發(fā)生感染42例,感染率為5.77%;logistic多因素分析提示穿刺次數(shù)、給藥方式和醫(yī)師經(jīng)驗是硬膜外麻醉術(shù)后感染的獨立危險因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論穿刺點皮膚感染是硬膜外麻醉術(shù)后主要相關(guān)性感染,臨床應(yīng)加強相關(guān)感染因素預(yù)防,降低感染率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical factors of postoperative infection in patients undergoing epidural anesthesia, to explore the preventive and control measures and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 728 patients who were operated under epidural anesthesia from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected as the study objects. The clinical data and infection related factors were analyzed retrospectively, and the corresponding preventive and control measures were discussed. SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results all the 728 patients completed the operation successfully, 42 cases of infection occurred after operation, the infection rate was 5.77 logistic multivariate analysis showed that puncture times, administration method and physician's experience were the independent risk factors of infection after epidural anesthesia. Conclusion skin infection at puncture point is the main associated infection after epidural anesthesia. The prevention of infection factors and the reduction of infection rate should be strengthened in clinic.
