【摘要】：目的探討在胸部手術(shù)中應(yīng)用全身麻醉聯(lián)合硬膜外麻醉的臨床效果。方法隨機(jī)選取2013年11月—2015年3月在我院接受胸部手術(shù)患者88例,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,其中對(duì)照組患者行全身麻醉,觀察組患者則接受硬膜外麻醉聯(lián)合全身麻醉。對(duì)2組患者的手術(shù)前后生命體征變化情況進(jìn)行觀察比較。結(jié)果觀察組患者術(shù)中及術(shù)后的HR、MAP、SBP、DBP均明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患者的拔管時(shí)間、自主呼吸恢復(fù)時(shí)間及完全清醒時(shí)間均明顯短于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在胸部手術(shù)中應(yīng)用全身麻醉聯(lián)合硬膜外麻醉,可有效保證患者術(shù)中循環(huán)功能平穩(wěn),促進(jìn)術(shù)后及早蘇醒,對(duì)于保障手術(shù)順利進(jìn)行及患者術(shù)后恢復(fù)具有十分積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in thoracic surgery. Methods 88 patients undergoing thoracic surgery in our hospital from November 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group received epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia. The changes of vital signs before and after operation were observed and compared between the two groups. Results the DBP of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), the time of extubation, the time of recovery of spontaneous respiration and the time of complete wakefulness in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in thoracic surgery can effectively ensure the smooth circulation function of the patients during operation, promote the early recovery after operation, and play a very positive role in ensuring the smooth progress of the operation and the recovery of the patients after operation.
