【摘要】：目的探討右美托嘧啶在腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉下卵巢囊腫手術(shù)中應(yīng)用效果。方法本研究回顧分析了婦科2015年1月至2016年1月這段期間收治100例卵巢囊腫手術(shù)患者的臨床資料,隨機(jī)將其分為對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組,對(duì)照組患者不接受維持麻醉,實(shí)驗(yàn)組接受右美托咪啶維持麻醉,比較分析兩組患者麻醉效果。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為16%,對(duì)照組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為36%,兩組比較統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異明顯(P0.05)。同時(shí),實(shí)驗(yàn)組血流動(dòng)力學(xué)指標(biāo)和Ramsay鎮(zhèn)靜評(píng)分結(jié)果均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論在卵巢囊腫手術(shù)中應(yīng)用右美托嘧啶在腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉,具有較高的安全性和有效性,因而臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of dextropyrimidine in the operation of ovarian cyst under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. Methods the clinical data of 100 patients with ovarian cyst treated from January 2015 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group. The patients in the control group did not receive maintenance anesthesia. The experimental group was treated with dexmetidine maintenance anesthesia, and the anesthetic effect was compared between the two groups. Results the incidence of adverse reactions was 16 in the experimental group and 36 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). At the same time, the hemodynamic indexes and Ramsay sedation score in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion it is safe and effective to use dexmetropyrimidine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in ovarian cyst surgery, so the clinical application value is high.
