【摘要】：目的探討隆朋麻醉、手術(shù)應(yīng)激對(duì)犬機(jī)體免疫功能的影響。方法選取健康犬14只,隨機(jī)分為單純隆朋麻醉組(A組,n=7)和隆朋麻醉手術(shù)組(B組,n=7),A組按3.0mg/kg肌肉注射隆朋進(jìn)行麻醉,B組在A組基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行腹腔探查術(shù),觀察兩組麻醉前(0h)和麻醉后2、8、24、72、120和168h血清IL-1β、IL-2、IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α含量的變化。結(jié)果與麻醉前相比,A組犬在麻醉后2~72h期間血清IL-1β、IL-2、TNF-α水平顯著降低(P0.05),并且在120~168h期間逐漸恢復(fù)至麻醉前水平,而麻醉后血清IL-4、IL-8水平無明顯變化(P0.05)。與麻醉前相比,B組犬在麻醉后2~168h期間血清IL-1β、IL-2水平顯著降低(P0.05),而血清IL-8、TNF-α水平顯著升高(P0.05)。與A組麻醉后同一時(shí)間點(diǎn)相比,B組犬在2、8、24、72、120、168h時(shí)血清IL-1β、IL-2水平顯著降低(P0.05),而IL-8、TNF-α水平顯著升高(P0.05)。結(jié)論隆朋麻醉、手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷應(yīng)激反應(yīng)均可導(dǎo)致犬免疫功能抑制,并且手術(shù)的影響要大于麻醉。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Longpene anesthesia and surgical stress on the immune function of dogs. Methods Fourteen healthy dogs were randomly divided into two groups: group A (group A) and group B (group B). Group A was treated with intramuscular injection of Longpene (group A) and group B (group A) underwent abdominal exploration on the basis of intramuscular injection of Longpene (group A). The changes of serum IL-1 尾 -IL-2 IL-4 IL-4 and TNF- 偽 levels before and after anesthesia were observed in both groups. Results compared with before anesthesia, the serum levels of IL-1 尾 and IL-2TNF- 偽 decreased significantly in group A at 72 h after anesthesia, and gradually recovered to the level before anesthesia at 120-168h, but the level of IL-4 IL-8 did not change significantly after anesthesia. Compared with before anesthesia, the serum IL-1 尾 -IL-2 level decreased significantly in group B at 2h after anesthesia, while the level of serum IL-8 TNF- 偽 increased significantly (P0.05A). Compared with group A at the same time point after anesthesia, the serum level of IL-1 尾 and IL-2 in group B decreased significantly at 721 068 h after anesthesia, while the level of IL-8 TNF- 偽 increased significantly (P 0.05). Conclusion Longpene anesthesia and surgical trauma stress can result in the inhibition of immune function in dogs, and the effect of operation is greater than that of anesthesia.
