【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)麻醉藥品監(jiān)管的政策和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境不斷優(yōu)化,麻醉藥品用藥及濫用情況有一定改善,但仍存在醫(yī)療用量不足、用藥結(jié)構(gòu)不夠合理,藥物濫用和非法流弊現(xiàn)象�，F(xiàn)行監(jiān)管體制、法規(guī)體系及傳統(tǒng)觀念的影響是導(dǎo)致上述問(wèn)題的主要原因。借鑒典型國(guó)家和地區(qū)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),我國(guó)應(yīng)建立相對(duì)獨(dú)立的監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu),負(fù)責(zé)麻醉藥品全過(guò)程的監(jiān)管;轉(zhuǎn)變監(jiān)管理念;完善法規(guī)體系;加強(qiáng)宣傳教育,增強(qiáng)對(duì)麻醉藥品的正確認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous optimization of the policy and market environment for the supervision of narcotic drugs in China, the situation of drug use and abuse has been improved to some extent, but there are still insufficient medical dosage, unreasonable structure of drug use, drug abuse and illegal abuse. The influence of the current regulatory system, legal system and traditional ideas is the main cause of these problems. Based on the successful experiences of typical countries and regions, China should establish a relatively independent regulatory body to supervise the whole process of narcotic drugs; change the concept of supervision; perfect the legal system; strengthen publicity and education; and strengthen the correct understanding of narcotic drugs.
