【摘要】：正剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)是常見(jiàn)的一種方法,流行病學(xué)調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn)剖宮產(chǎn)發(fā)病率呈不斷上升趨勢(shì)[1]。剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)要求麻醉科醫(yī)生根據(jù)母嬰平安以及不延長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)程來(lái)處理。腰膜聯(lián)合麻醉是一種新型的麻醉方法,具有腰麻和硬膜外麻醉雙重特點(diǎn),麻醉效果確切、起效快[2~4]。布比卡因是目前臨床上用于腰麻的一種常用局部麻醉藥物,起效時(shí)間是5~10 min[5]。氫嗎啡酮是半合成的一種阿片類強(qiáng)效鎮(zhèn)痛藥[6]。本次研究
[Abstract]:Positive cesarean section is a common method. Epidemiological investigation shows that the incidence of cesarean section is on the rise. Caesarean sections require anaesthesiologists to handle the procedure according to the safety of the mother and child and without prolongation of the delivery process. Combined spinal anaesthesia is a new type of anaesthesia. It has the dual characteristics of spinal-epidural anesthesia and spinal-epidural anesthesia.
