【摘要】：目的:探討分析無痛麻醉用于纖維支氣管鏡檢查的臨床應(yīng)用狀況。方法:從2015年1月-2016年1月期間我院行纖維支氣管鏡檢患者中隨機(jī)選取1180例作為本研究病例對象,將所選患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分兩組,對照組590例,研究組590例,對照組接受利多卡因麻醉,研究組接受依托咪酯合并布托啡諾進(jìn)行麻醉,比較兩組患者麻醉狀況。結(jié)果:比較兩組患者麻醉見效時(shí)間和患者對麻醉滿意度評分,研究組均優(yōu)于對照組,組間數(shù)據(jù)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者檢查時(shí)間無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。將兩組患者麻醉后各階段HR、MAP、RR指數(shù)進(jìn)行比較,組間數(shù)據(jù)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。比較兩組患者不良反應(yīng)總發(fā)生率,研究組12.2%比對照組58.98%明顯要低,組間數(shù)據(jù)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:臨床接受纖維支氣管鏡檢查可給予依托咪酯聯(lián)合托菲諾麻醉,此方式存在較好的可控性,安全舒適,推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值較大。
[Abstract]:Objective : To investigate the clinical application of painless anesthesia in the diagnosis of bronchofiberscope . Methods : From January 2015 to January 2016 , 1180 patients were randomly selected as the subjects of this study . The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number method . The group received etomidate combined with Butorphanol . The results showed that compared with the control group , the group received etomidate combined with Butorphanol . The data of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P0.05 ) .
