【摘要】：目的探討七氟烷復(fù)合舒芬太尼麻醉在老年胃大部分切除術(shù)中的應(yīng)用價值。方法選取在我院行胃大部分切除術(shù)的老年患者184例,按照隨機數(shù)字表法將患者隨機分為對照組91例和觀察組93例,對照組患者予以丙泊酚復(fù)合舒芬太尼麻醉,觀察組予以七氟烷復(fù)合舒芬太尼麻醉,比較兩組患者的麻醉恢復(fù)情況、術(shù)后疼痛評分、不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果觀察組患者麻醉恢復(fù)情況、術(shù)后疼痛評分、不良反應(yīng)均明顯優(yōu)于對照組;兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在老年胃大部分切除患者中應(yīng)用七氟烷復(fù)合舒芬太尼麻醉,效果顯著,安全可靠,值得進(jìn)一步推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of sevoflurane combined with sufentanil anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing subtotal gastrectomy. Methods 184 elderly patients undergoing subtotal gastrectomy were randomly divided into control group (n = 91) and observation group (n = 93). The control group was anesthetized with propofol and sufentanil. The observation group was anesthetized with sevoflurane combined with sufentanil. The recovery of anesthesia, postoperative pain score and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results the anaesthesia recovery, postoperative pain score and adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion sevoflurane combined with sufentanil is effective, safe and reliable in the elderly patients with major gastrectomy.
