【摘要】：正犬肝臟血管透明標(biāo)本是在制作血管鑄型的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的,應(yīng)用物理和化學(xué)方法將組織或器官處理使其折光系數(shù)與透明劑的折光系數(shù)相接近以顯示其內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)。在保持標(biāo)本完整的前提下,用非解剖方法完整而清晰地顯示出肝臟的內(nèi)部血管,從而為動(dòng)物解剖學(xué)的教學(xué)提供直觀的標(biāo)本。1取材將犬麻醉后經(jīng)頸部動(dòng)脈放血致死,迅速剖開(kāi)腹腔取出完整的肝臟。2標(biāo)本準(zhǔn)備用剪刀、鑷子分離出肝動(dòng)脈并保留與肝靜脈相連的后腔靜脈,分別對(duì)肝動(dòng)脈和后腔靜脈插上
[Abstract]:The canine liver vascular transparent specimen was made on the basis of vascular casting. The refractive coefficient of tissue or organ was treated by physical and chemical methods to show the internal structure of the tissue or organ by approaching the refractive coefficient of the transparent agent. On the premise of keeping the specimen intact, the internal blood vessels of the liver were displayed completely and clearly by non-anatomical methods, thus providing visual specimen .1 for the teaching of animal anatomy. 1. The dogs were anesthetized and bled to death through the neck artery. Quickly dissect the abdominal cavity and remove the whole liver .2 specimen. Use scissors and tweezers to separate the hepatic artery and keep the posterior vena cava attached to the hepatic vein. Insert the hepatic artery and the posterior vena cava into the hepatic artery and the posterior vena cava, respectively.
