【摘要】：誘導(dǎo)麻醉是保證動(dòng)物進(jìn)行吸入麻醉的關(guān)鍵過程,涉及麻醉前評(píng)估和麻醉方案制定等多個(gè)進(jìn)程。合理有效地選擇藥物對于麻醉安全至關(guān)重要,本研究選擇一種新型的麻醉誘導(dǎo)藥物為研究對象,通過與常用麻醉誘導(dǎo)劑丙泊酚對比發(fā)現(xiàn),乳化異氟醚復(fù)合右美托咪定麻醉誘導(dǎo)效果好、安全性高,可為動(dòng)物臨床誘導(dǎo)麻醉提供新的選擇。
[Abstract]:Induction anesthesia is a key process to ensure inhalation anesthesia in animals.It is very important for anesthetic safety to select drugs reasonably and effectively. In this study, a new type of anesthetic inducer was chosen as the research object, which was found by comparing with propofol, a common anesthetic inducer.Emulsified isoflurane combined with dexmetidine has good induction effect and high safety, which can provide a new choice for clinical induction of anesthesia in animals.
