【摘要】：目的:探討瑞芬太尼和舒芬太尼在外科全身麻醉手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用及臨床效果對比。方法:選擇2013年11月至2014年11月進(jìn)行外科全身麻醉手術(shù)的患者162例作為研究對象,隨機分為對照組和觀察組,每組81例,對照組患者使用舒芬太尼完成全身麻醉手術(shù),觀察組使用瑞芬太尼進(jìn)行全身麻醉手術(shù),觀察對比兩組患者術(shù)后生命體征情況、自主呼吸恢復(fù)時間、麻醉蘇醒時間以及術(shù)后不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率等。結(jié)果:與對照組相比,觀察組患者在全身麻醉手術(shù)后的自主呼吸恢復(fù)時間、麻醉蘇醒時間短于對照組(P0.05);觀察組的術(shù)后不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率也低于對照組(P0.05);兩組患者術(shù)后生命體征情況對比,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在臨床全身麻醉手術(shù)中,瑞芬太尼和舒芬太尼均有良好麻醉效果,但使用瑞芬太尼麻醉,患者術(shù)后恢復(fù)更快,且不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率更低,在臨床上值得推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effects of remifentanil and sufentanil in general anesthesia surgery compared the application and clinical effect of surgery. Methods: from November 2013 to November 2014 for surgery in general anesthesia patients 162 cases as the research object, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 81 cases in each group, the control group of patients using sufentanil complete general anesthesia, the observation group used remifentanil for general anesthesia, observe two groups of patients with postoperative vital signs, respiratory recovery time, recovery time and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions. Results: compared with the control group, the observation group of patients in general anesthesia after the surgery recovery time of spontaneous breathing, anesthesia recovery time shorter than the control group (P0.05); adverse reactions in the observation group after the operation rate is lower than that of the control group (P0.05); comparison of vital signs after operation in the two groups, no statistical difference Significance (P0.05). Conclusion: in clinical anesthesia surgery, remifentanil and sufentanil has good anesthetic effect, but the use of remifentanil anesthesia, faster postoperative recovery, lower incidence of adverse reactions, worthy of promotion in clinical use.
