【摘要】：目的比較后腹腔鏡下單側(cè)腎上腺嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤或其他類型腎上腺腫瘤摘除術(shù)后患者的氣管導(dǎo)管拔除時(shí)間改變。方法回顧性分析我院2014年11月至2017年4月全身麻醉下行后腹腔鏡下單側(cè)腎上腺嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤摘除術(shù)的19例高血壓患者的電子麻醉記錄單(S組),并選取同期于全身麻醉下行后腹腔鏡下單側(cè)腎上腺其他類型腫瘤摘除術(shù)的38例高血壓患者為對照組(D組)。比較兩組患者性別、ASA分級、年齡、身高、體重、手術(shù)時(shí)長、麻醉時(shí)間、術(shù)中鎮(zhèn)靜、鎮(zhèn)痛及肌松藥用量、拔管時(shí)間及PACU滯留時(shí)間。結(jié)果兩組性別、ASA分級、年齡、身高、體重、手術(shù)時(shí)間及麻醉時(shí)間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。術(shù)中鎮(zhèn)靜、鎮(zhèn)痛及肌松藥用量差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。S組拔管時(shí)間明顯長于D組[30.0(25.0~42.5)min vs 20.0(15.0~20.0)min,P0.05]。S組PACU滯留時(shí)間亦明顯長于D組[70.0(57.5~82.5)min vs 45.0(33.5~55.0)min,P0.05]。結(jié)論全身麻醉下行后腹腔鏡下單側(cè)腎上腺嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤摘除術(shù)的患者與同等條件下行腎上腺其他類型腫瘤摘除術(shù)的患者比較,術(shù)后拔管時(shí)間與PACU滯留時(shí)間明顯延長,可能與術(shù)中麻醉藥物用量無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the extubation time of tracheal catheter in patients with unilateral adrenal pheochromocytoma or other types of adrenal tumors after laparoscopic excision.Methods from November 2014 to April 2017, 19 patients with hypertension underwent laparoscopic excision of unilateral adrenal pheochromocytoma under general anesthesia in our hospital. Electronic anaesthesia records of group S were retrospectively analyzed.38 patients with hypertension underwent laparoscopic excision of other types of adrenal tumors were treated as control group.The age, age, height, weight, duration of operation, anesthetic time, dosage of sedation, analgesia and muscle relaxant, extubation time and PACU retention time were compared between the two groups.Results there was no significant difference in ASA grade, age, height, weight, operation time and anesthetic time between the two groups.There was no significant difference in sedation, analgesia and muscle relaxant dosage during operation. The extubation time of group S was significantly longer than that of group D [30.0(25.0~42.5)min vs 20.0 15.0 ~ 20.0 min (P0.05)]. The retention time of PACU in group S was significantly longer than that in group D [70.0(57.5~82.5)min vs 45.033.55.0min (P0.05)].Conclusion the extubation time and PACU retention time of patients with unilateral adrenal pheochromocytoma under general anesthesia and other types of adrenal tumor resection under the same conditions were significantly longer than that of patients undergoing laparoscopic excision of adrenal pheochromocytoma under general anesthesia.It may not be related to the dosage of anesthetic during operation.
