【摘要】：目的探討達(dá)克羅寧黏膜表面麻醉在內(nèi)鏡下結(jié)腸息肉切除術(shù)中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法選擇擬行內(nèi)鏡下結(jié)腸息肉切除術(shù)患者128例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組66例、對(duì)照組62例。觀察組在達(dá)克羅寧膠漿黏膜表面麻醉基礎(chǔ)上完成內(nèi)鏡下結(jié)腸息肉切除術(shù),對(duì)照組術(shù)中不用達(dá)克羅寧膠漿。比較兩組術(shù)中結(jié)腸蠕動(dòng)情況、手術(shù)時(shí)間、追加丙泊酚劑量和安全性指標(biāo)。結(jié)果觀察組術(shù)中腸蠕動(dòng)分級(jí)Ⅰ~Ⅲ級(jí)分別為54、9、3例,對(duì)照組分別為22、16、24例,兩組比較P0.01;觀察組及對(duì)照組手術(shù)時(shí)間分別為(2.42±1.09)、(4.66±2.08)min,兩組比較P均0.01;觀察組及對(duì)照組丙泊酚追加劑量分別為(35.4±10.6)、(38.2±11.3)mg,兩組比較P0.05。觀察組及對(duì)照組術(shù)后蘇醒時(shí)間分別為(7.5±2.2)、(8.6±3.4)min,術(shù)后24 h出現(xiàn)腹痛分別為7、6例,兩組比較P均0.05。兩組均未出現(xiàn)穿孔、感染等并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論達(dá)克羅寧黏膜表面麻醉用于內(nèi)鏡下結(jié)腸息肉切除術(shù)能明顯減少術(shù)中結(jié)腸蠕動(dòng),有利于手術(shù)操作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the anesthetic effect and safety of dacronin mucosal surface anesthesia in endoscopic colonic polyposectomy.Methods 128 patients with colonic polyposis were randomly divided into observation group (n = 66) and control group (n = 62).The observation group completed endoscopic colonic polyposis resection on the basis of mucosal surface anesthesia of dacronin glue, while the control group did not use the dacronin glue paste.Colonic peristalsis, operative time, dose of propofol and safety index were compared between the two groups.Results there were 3 cases of intestinal peristalsis grade 鈪，
