【摘要】：正隨著現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展,狐貉貂等毛皮動物的養(yǎng)殖發(fā)展極為迅猛。其中貉的養(yǎng)殖成本低,飼養(yǎng)方法簡單,加之毛皮利用率高,現(xiàn)已成為比較暢銷的養(yǎng)殖動物。但是,目前沒有針對貉的麻醉劑和麻醉方法的報道與研究。因此本研究將右美托咪啶、咪達唑侖、氯胺酮、賽拉嗪和乙酰丙嗪進行不同的復合,相互進行比較,評價這些組合的麻醉效果,篩選出效果理想的組合。1材料1.1試驗動物貉場健康貉子25只,購自紅旗鄉(xiāng)
[Abstract]:Along with the rapid development of modern industry, fox raccoon mink fur animal breeding development is extremely rapid.
